You can reach me at 508-499-9469. If I am unavailable, please leave a voicemail. If you are a potential new client, and I don't respond within 2 business days. It isn't because I am being rude, I receive many referrals by phone and cannot field them all. If I don't call back, it is because I currently have a full caseload at the moment.
If easier for you, please fill in the following form. I am a bit better at getting back to emails than voicemails.
I utilize a service called Therapy Portal to have clients fill out their documents (including e-signatures and authorizations to release/accept protected health information). If you don't have access to Therapy Portal or need to reset access, please contact me and let me know. The portal will also allow access to view your upcoming appointments. You may also fax documents to my secure fax at 781-262-3321.
